Kaplan - Looking Back on 2004

Dear Home Inspectors,

Early 2004 began with Kaplan's Enhanced 11-day Home Inspection Course achieving endorsement by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). This process consisted of a two-year evaluation process and an independent review to ensure integrity. Kaplan is proud to share that we received this prestigious endorsement from ASHI and are the only classroom home inspection training provider to have received this accolade.

In an effort to deliver your report forms and products more efficiently we transitioned to a larger, better equipped facility. Benefits are collated report form pages and careful packaging.

Kaplan also partnered with Mr. Fix-it to add the "How to Operate Your Home" booklet into the Matrix Deluxe Reporting System at no extra charge to you.

We continue to make every effort to exceed your expectations in all that we do, and to provide you with products to build your business. Our industry publication, the Kaplan Report, is in its thirteenth year. The page count doubled in 2004 with no increase in the subscription price. In addition, our monthly e-newsletter, "Kaplan's Inspection Tips", is the most popular inspection tips resource available. A true highlight of 2004 was Kaplan's Inspection Expo Conference, the largest and most successful in the industry. Kaplan's 2004 Inspection Expo had more than 900 in attendance and boasted four quality educational tracks. Mark your calendars for this year's Kaplan Inspection Expo, October 3rd to 5th in Las Vegas, NV. Kaplan is also excited to offer an East Coast Road Show, May 21st and 22nd in Miami, Florida. Register for both and save!

Kaplan course choices have increased with new topics such as: Safety First, Home Inspector and the Fireplace, Report Writing, and NHIE® Exam Prep Course. Kaplan continues to be at the forefront of hot topics, and ways for you to increase your knowledge and return per inspection.
